Stoneleaf - Natural Slate

When we were contacted by the German company who were building this magnificent house in Sunningdale, Berkshire, we offered various choices in terms of colour, thickness and texture.

Having looked at other projects supplied by Stoneleaf in the local area, the client chose the Celtic Grey due to its quality, colour and distinctive rugged texture. A team came over from Germany to carry out the roofing works, which involved some unusual detailing on the ridges and hips – common in Germany but not in the UK.

The result is a magnificent roof in keeping with the property and its setting.
